A lovely, traditional style, hotel with a terrace and small pool. Hotel Sherazade is led by a German-Moroccan couple who care for the ambiance and comfort of the place in a loving way. Due to its location in the heat of the Medina and only a few steps away from the famous Jema El-Fnaa place, this is the ideal starting point to explore the inner sanctum of Marrakech. Sabina BenChaira, the owner, can guide you through the many streets of the medina and provide you with insight knowledge, tips and interesting facts and it is a great experience discovering the Medina with her. The hotel itself features comfortable, Riad- style rooms, some of them just recently renovated, and a nice restaurant to spend a cozy evening. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace is a relaxing starter for your day full of sounds, smells and sights in the Medina. Here you can also find self made marmelades, oils and carefully selected toiletry items used throughout the hotel. I can fully recommend this place for its friendly service, the personalized care for the guest and the ambience.
