Smoking ban
We would like to point out that smoking is absolutely prohibited in all rooms. Smoking is permitted in the courtyards and on the terrace. Please keep to this rule, otherwise a cleaning fee of 500 MAD will be charged.
Night rest
Please note that the hotel entrance door is closed from 23:00 - 7:00 for security reasons.
Please notify the front desk if you wish to enter or leave the hotel at other times.
Henna Tattoos
Please make sure that you do not stain our bed linen or towels with fresh henna tattoos. Otherwise we will be forced to charge you for them.
Valuables/Luggage
We draw your attention to the fact that we cannot take any responsibility for luggage and valuables. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables (especially jewelry and cash). Valuables can be stored in the safe at the reception.
When leaving the room
Turn off lights and all electronic devices such as air conditioners/ heaters/ fans.
Damage/ Pollution
In case of damage or pollution of the building or inventory, the damage caused must be compensated by the person who caused the damage. If you cause or discover any damage in the room, please contact the staff member on duty.

The loss price of the hotel key is MAD 500.
