Once upon a time, in 1988, Sabina arrived in Marrakech and fell under its spell—first with the city, then with the man who would become her husband. Though their journey continued in Germany, their hearts were set on returning. He trained as a chef, she as a hotelier, both guided by a shared dream.
In 1996, that dream took form with the purchase and restoration of a traditional riad, at a time when few travelers had yet discovered these hidden homes. The riad’s success soon led to a second one next door, and Hotel Sherazade was born—growing alongside their family with the arrival of their sons, Yanis and Elias.
Through changing times and challenges, the dream endured. Today, Hotel Sherazade invites guests to step into the world of Sherazade, discover the Orient, and create stories of their own—while the next generation prepares to carry the tale forward.
